The primary objective of the thesis was to investigate how a workplace for a specific operator can be designed. To achieve this, the needs and requirements of the mentioned operator were analyzed. The development of the new workplace is mainly based on interviews, but other data collection methods were also applied to identify the user's needs. Additionally, the thesis employed evaluation methods to finalize the design of the workplace. Below, images from the design process can be seen. The render of the area where the operators will be located is done by Boid AB.
